I palyed him on 1337 and tried everything gay I know to provocate him.

Zoom + Blaster
Zoom + ACP
Pistol + Nadespam
Disturbing Player (I asked him to come)

he behaved calm and mature, this is a good reason for my recommendation.
Improve ur Blaster and nading. Your snipering is okay enough.

we had some fun scrims on a17 always very close but only got 1 screenshot :) :

We just finised 4 matches on A17, and he is on a good way getting his skills back.

Here are some things I noticed:
-Your nades are not bad, but instead of just throwing as many untill you hit you should try to use less nades but throw them better.
-Good tactical knowledge.
-Sniper and blaster are still rusty, but still good enough for some hits. :-)
-Mature and fair player, behaviour seems to be perfect.

Just keep it up, I'm sure you'll do it.
