I’m very happy to announce the latest version of our PROMOD for Star Wars: Republic Commando!

We just reached another level.

Here are the changes from 1.1a to 1.1b:

•Blaster muzzleflash removed
•Killstreaks raised
•Messages (multikills, voices) edited to the sound & voice
•Teamname bugs for CTF and Assault fixed
•Consolebackground a bit invisible

This release comes as a PATCH. If you do not have PROMOD at all, you will need to install v1.1a FULL first and then run the patch to v1.1b.

We can see that it really looks like Modern Warfare 2. You can have Killing Streaks, ediable weapons and much more. We can also see that there will be playable vehicles ingame and this will require a completly different tactic as in Modern Warfare 2. The Graphics are really cool too and I personally think that this game will become awesome when its released. Let´s wait for Fall/Winter ;D

As Eric Johnson said today, the Ego-Game Portal 2 will become a cross-platform multiplayer part. This means that peopl who got a Playstation 3 will be able to play with guys on the Computer. The problem of unfair advantages in mouse vs. gamepad gameplay is not relevant for Portal 2: The game will only include cooperative modes.
This Game will not be featured on Microsoft´s Xbox 360´. It´s Playstation 3 exclusive.
